Loctite 510 sealant 51037 (Pianermetic red)

  • It is an anaerobic product, tixotropic (it doesn't drip), at high mechanical and chemical resistance.
  • It seals metal planes on pressure die-cast components like gears, carter, pumps, reductors, etc.
  • It assures the complete level surface of the surfaces by filling the microrooms due to the imperfect contacts of the parts.
  • Very good resistance to solvents.
  • It fills gaps as far as 0,40 mm.
  • It seals pressures as far as 350 atm.
  • The gasket produced has no movements after the application, therefore there is no need for the restoration of the tightening pair of bolts.
  • Resistance to temperature: -55°C + 200°C.
  • Colour: red.
  • Inflammability point: > 100°c specific weight: AB. 1,16.
  • It is used in mass-produced articles by the major industrial vehicle makers.
