Treatment for diesel engines

  • The treatment combines special active substances and chemical compounds to make it a highly effective product for cleaning and lubricating the fuel systems of marine diesel engines (inboard and inboard-outboard). Enriched with specific anti-algae supplements, it eliminates and prevents the formation of such phenomena. This unique product allows you to perform four fundamental actions in the fuel system: It completely cleans the entire fuel system (tank, fuel passage pipe and injection and fuel system); Lubricates, because with the reduction of sulphur in fuels, there is a lubricating component in the chemical mixture that allows all the mechanical parts of the fuel system (low and high-pressure pump and injectors) to be sensitised; Eliminates excess condensation that forms inside the tank by secularising it and expelling it into the combustion chamber. The generation of condensation occurs due to temperature differences generated during engine operation between the fuel supply and return circuits within the fuel tank; it keeps algae bacteria inert by nullifying the bacterial proliferation of algae within the fuel.
  • Added inside the tank, mixed with the fuel inside, it increases thermodynamic efficiency and, consequently, engine performance by improving the ignition and combustion of the fuel, avoiding pre-combustion phenomena, decreasing or eliminating the emission of black smoke, and eliminating metallic noises from the fuel system.
  • Consistent use of Meccanocar treatment reduces fuel consumption and avoids or reduces extraordinary engine maintenance.
