Liquid sheathing for waterproofing

  • Liquid, single-component, fibre-reinforced, synthetic resin-based waterproofing agent in water dispersion resistant to stagnation
  • Fibre-reinforced single-component liquid sheath in water emulsion that can be used without reinforcement. Its special formulation makes it resistant to water stagnation and is recommended for waterproofing medium-sized balconies and terraces (30-40 m²), for larger areas it is recommended to reinforce the product with adequate reinforcement/
  • In addition to this application, the product can also be used for waterproofing bathrooms and showers.
  • The sheath is UV-resistant and can be left directly exposed and at the same time is still suitable for direct bonding with ceramic tiles using an outdoor adhesive (class C2TE), without the need for a cement screed (The sheath is tested as an under-tile waterproofing underlayment according to EN 14891:2012).
  • When dried, the product becomes a seamless, continuous waterproof membrane with an elastic character capable of following micro-movements due to thermal stresses in the substrate. The sheath has been tested according to EN 1297 (artificial ageing method by combined long-term exposure to UV radiation, high temperature and water).
  • The sheath can also be used to provide anti-carbonation protection on concrete, external façades and cement-based substrates in general.
