Liquid polymer headlight polishing kit

  • Unique system: liquid polymer vaporised via heat to restore polycarbonate headlights damaged by the sun or the elements.
  • Contains: liquid polymer headlight polisher (code 4110021700), thermal container, 12V socket and cigarette lighter socket, cover, paper tape and lapping plate.
  • Directions: we recommend cleaning the surface first and then polishing the damaged area. Lastly, pass the sandpaper by hand or with a machine. Once this is done, use the thermal container of the set to add max 80 ml of liquid polymer and wait about 5 minutes for the product to warm up. Then reset the headlight through the vaporisation system.
  • For sanding we recommend using our two machines, 4180008120 and 4180008130, with the related disks in ascending order (3340500130, 3340500160, 3340500190 and 3340500350) + soft interface 3420102200 at your discretion.
